Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Utilize solid understanding of customer policies and procedures relating to chargebacks and membership.- Research, monitor, update and maintain contract memberships.- Research and assign Class of Trade to members on contracts.
Maintain accurate documentation to support Class of Trade assignments.- Develop and maintain effective working relationship with Pricing and Contracts, Government Reporting and National Account Managers to provide a team approach to membership issue resolution.- Administer, monitor, and maintain an accurate list of customer's eligible member list for Restricted Distribution products.- Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Education- Required High school diploma/GED/Higher secondary or equivalent.- Preferred Technical diploma or equivalent.- Preferred Specialization: Business, Finance or Accounting.- Combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Experience- Entry level work 0-2 years
Skills and abilities- Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment.- Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.- Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios and rates.- Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.- Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.- Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts.- Ability to present to a group of departments.
Language skills- Can communicate and collaborate much like a native English speaker.
