This is a great role to kickstart if you are new to the world of Accounting Finance. Accounting. The Journal Entries and Master Data Center of Excellence (JE MDG COE) is a crucial player on the global journal entries and master data space providing customers with expertise, service delivery, standardization and governance. Aligned with this vision, team is focus on centralization projects and executing request across Intel.
**An Insight into What You'll Do**:
- Close and integration activities.
- Execute complex journal entries and master data processes as reorganizations.
- Supports different initiatives related to operating model and transformation.
- Highly visibility and interaction with Global General Account and Reporting Management and several stakeholders across the finance community.
- Plans, performs, and schedules own work with general management direction. Assignments are delivered in the form of overall goals and expected results.
- Problem-solving skillset to proactively identify root causes and recommend solutions to mitigate risks or process gaps.
- Excellent communication skillset and is comfortable presenting to senior leaders and management.
- Result-oriented and have great attention to detail, displays drive and energy to meet or anticipate customers' needs.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Advance Bachelor's degree student or possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have a permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Power BI or any Data visualization or analytics tools

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
