BU / FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
In order enhance and retain process knowledge in line with global process design, strengthen the Continuous Improvement Culture and build robust processes by adding value to TE Organization in Cost, Compliance and Customer Experience new expertise path of SMEs will be established to become the Center of Excellence and support the Business.

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**
This position will report to the Global Process Owner and act as a senior member of FSC team working for process streamline and improvements.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Active participation in Stream Global Team meetings
- Support Global Design Book creation/update
- Go-to-person when resolving issues specific to the corresponding process across the Globe
- Lead process improvement global projects
- Lead/own Global Standardization projects
- Approves and publishes Global DTP's documentation updates
- Lead the Global action plans resulting from Audit findings (CAP Closure) in coordination with Control and Compliance Manager"
- Support in new companies, businesses, processes, systems acquisitions, and integrations globally
- Responsible for Bolt-On System set up/changes
- Active participation or Leading new system acquisition/integration for processes
**EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience- 8+ years of relevant experience in dedicated processes
- Very good understanding of processes and associated technology platforms
- Project Management experience
- Experience with ERP system
- Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Other skills- Proficiency in English.
- Strong accounting background (RTR is a must)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Solid problem solving and detail oriented
- Strong written and oral communication skills
