Education and Experience Requirements:
** Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
**
** At least proven 3 years of relevant experience including on-the-job experience supporting, preferably in manufacturing environment.
**
** English level B**
** CPA is considered a plus**
** Proven experience in**: o General ledger accounting
- Accounts payable management
- Vendor reconciliations and aging review.
- Electronic invoices review.
- Basic accounting and compliance knowledge in Free Trade Zone
- Banks reconciliations.
- Cash flow review.
- Travel expenses review.
- Free trade zone (Zona Franca) requirements and paperwork
**Required Skills**:
- Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver information oral or written in person or digitally, as well as listening skills for understanding.
- Sound judgment and decision making, problem solving, flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and strong quality orientation
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a customer-focused sense of urgency
