**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of the Finance department. In the new world of shared services, bridging the gap between service lines and Finance is key to modern business success. If your goal is to become a valued business partner and provide full support to the End Markets, this position is for you!
**Reports to: Accounts Payable Team Leader**
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline to allow end markets review and analysis.
- Communicate with collaborators by solving issues, providing guidance, and promoting a customer focused culture.
- Review and update task level descriptions (if necessary) to maintain knowledge within the team. Perform postings and clearings ensuring business rules are aligned with end market requirements.
- Process the ad-hoc requirements related to factoring process.
- Tasks processed within SLA agreed with end markets. Critical metrics are met and differences are managed effectively.
- Issues are advanced following customer concern process.
- Processes are adhered to RACM and Internal Controls.
- Achieved a high degree customer satisfaction at year end.
- Continuous Improvement initiatives and quantify benefits once implemented.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
As a P2P Senior Analyst for BASS Americas, you will need to prioritize and give visibility on the workload in each time - any coordination to distribute tasks within the team must be reviewed with your team leader, manage time, and identify time constraints to be advanced for resolution and evaluate potential impacts in other areas and expose concerns to other before making decisions.
- At least 1 year of experience in P2P processes and Account Payable knowledge.
- MS Office knowledge: medium level and medium/Advanced knowledge in transactional platforms (ERP, SAP).
- Coordinate and plan activities by using time efficiently and communicate with peers, managers, and stakeholders effectively.
- Negotiate and propose new deadlines aligned with expectations. Understand internal and external customers' requirements.
- Ability to continue under adverse circumstances until the required outcome is reached.
- High Adaptability, able to listen and empathize with the audience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Advanced English level (B2+)
