**Account Management Coordinator (Hybrid)**:
- Full time, Heredia, Costa Rica_
You will be responsible for supporting the account management team to include but not limited to research, information and data gathering, analyzing data, assisting in the preparation of client reviews and presentations, requesting and validating ad hoc financial and management reports, customer metrics management, maintaining data sources, keeping updates in CRM tool, assisting in managing surveys, assisting with projects, and MS Office support. This role will require you to be highly organized and very focused on meeting customer deadlines and expectations.
**As an Account Management Coordinator, you will**
- Research and gather data/information
- Analyze and prepare reports
- Assist in preparing client presentations
- Assist the account management team with various types of projects and tasks
- Input data/information into the CRM tool and monitor for compliance
- Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the account management team
**About you**
- Comfortable locating information in GDS Sabre
- Proficient in MS Excel and capable of working with pivot tables, merging spreadsheets, and locating discrepancies
- Adept at meeting SLAs, in an environment focused on short customer deadlines
- Experience in the travel industry, is required
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English
