Account Executive – Greetly Visitor Management Solutions - What You'll Do: As an Account Executive (AE) for Greetly at OfficeSpace, your mission will be driving the growth of our innovative visitor management solution.
In this role, you will identify potential clients, manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
You will focus on understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Greetly can add value to their business operations.
By delivering tailored presentations, product demonstration, and proposals as well as providing insightful feedback to our product teams, you will ensure that Greetly remains at the forefront of visitor management solutions.
This position is pivotal in helping OfficeSpace Software expand its reach and impact across various industries, making it an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional.
Responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to close a pipeline of qualified opportunities in your assigned territory. Provide in-depth and tailored software product demonstrations for prospective customers. Develop unique proposals that effectively communicate the Greetly Visitor Management Solution for each organization's needs. Prioritize and organize your day using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Slack, and Gmail. Collaborate with other AEs to elevate the skills and expertise of the collective group and continuously learn the industry in which OfficeSpace operates. Support ongoing product and market development by sharing prospect and customer asks, needs, and market movement. The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required: Prior experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to C-Suite and/or Facilities, HR, IT, or Real Estate companies/clients is preferred.
A strong level of grit and a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent presentation, communication, pricing/contract negotiation skills. Skilled and disciplined in managing a sales process including forecasting, resource allocation, time allocation, and prospect prioritization. Goal-oriented, growth mindset with a natural knack for proactively setting a high standard of achievement for yourself. Adept and experienced in prospecting, cold-calling, and utilizing relevant tools such as LinkedIn SalesNavigator, SalesLoft, Salesforce.com (or similar tools), and other important sales tools.
