Position Details:

- Full-time
- M-F 9-5 eastern time zone.
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Appointment Setting: 1 year (preferred)
- Salesforce CRM experience (preferred)

We are looking for the following qualities**:Goal oriented person with a history of achieving success with a strong work ethic**
- Professional sales experience
- Comfortable working from a computer and working within databases
- Comfortable working from your home office with the ability to hardwire to your router/modem. Must own a WINDOWS 10 pc with headset and microphone, minimum 8 ghz of RAM and a **stable internet connection.**:

- Professional phone skills. Out-going personality.
- Manage calls; actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
- Assess information quickly, make recommendations, and find solutions
- Problem solve to overcome obstacles
- Exceptionally well spoken: Can speak with conviction and confidence
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Time management, organization, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills
- Coachable: Willing to seek out and accept direction from management
- Deliver results and meet performance/sales goals and quotas
- Previous call center/inside sales/tele-sales experience REQUIRED
- Proven track record of success (i.e. consistently meeting quota)
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)

Pay: ¢5,667,636.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
