About the Position
Neolytix is looking for a Customer Success Manager who has extraordinary organization skills, has worked in a sales function and possesses extra ordinary customer service skills.
- This position requires a solution mindset and excellent communication & presentation skills.
- English fluency and neutral English accent is mandatory.
- B2B Sales experience selling to Healthcare providers.
- Expand revenue by actively following up with leads acquired by the marketing team in Dynamics CRM system
- Hunter mindset
- Respond to new leads quickly and maximize conversion
- Prioritize Leads based on Goals assigned and business requirement
- Follow up on lead at various stages of qualification, Proposal, Contracting etc
- Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makers
- Prepare proposals and quotes and send them out to prospective clients
- Build service solutions and bundled service go to markets
- Log and action all requests in a timely manner
- Work with the Managing Partner(s) to create Monthly service promotions
- Work with the Marketing team to promote specific services, partnerships and promotions
- Work with the marketing team to promote services & bundles
- Generate new business opportunities by building a pipeline of qualified partnerships and guiding the opportunity through the sales process.
- Create, develop and sustain highly effective and trusted relationships with physician / provider leadership with new prospects
Who we are looking for?
- 2-5 years of inside sales experience working in Healthcare Industry - private practice sales preferred
- Advanced Organizations skills, can plan and multi task on several initiatives
- Strong multi tasker and highly developed time management skills
- Familiar with a Dynamics 365 or any other CRM system
- Understanding of US healthcare and its workings - specifically Practice management areas like billing, credentialing or digital marketing
- Excellent Customer service & relationship management skills
- Working Hours - 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time

- Customer Relationship Management - Can develop relationships through easy going conversations even with cold prospects
- Presentation Skills - Can develop professional slide decks and proposals for clients

- Great prospecting skills by leveraging Web research, conducting due diligence by networking and cold calling

Education
- Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing preferred
