**Careers that Change Lives**
We are a learning culture. An inventive and collaborative group. We are dedicated to making sure that every patient gets the best product — when they need it. We have strong ties to our local communities. Our vibrant employee communities respect and value individual experience and perspective as we aim to improve lives and the access to healthcare.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are built on shared interests and affinities that create a support fabric to retain, develop, and engage employees locally. We support employee resource groups focused on various areas such as gender, ethnicity, age, faith, sexual orientation, military service, and other shared affinities. ERGs enhance the professional growth, development, and engagement of Medtronic employees and support the Mission, goals, and values of the company. The grassroots nature of ERGs lays the groundwork for the Medtronic global inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E) strategy.
