**Job Description**:
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
As 3M Help you will play a key role providing customer support for the Tier 1 Phone Support Global Service Center team in Costa Rica building a collaborative and innovative culture.
The impact you will make in this role
- You will handle a variety of corporate support inbound inquiries supporting all 3M Divisions.
- Shares 3M new products and services with customers to meet their requirements
- Responds to a variety of inbound internal business partner and external customer inquiries, taking action as appropriate:
- Provides inquiry resolution and escalation per established processes
- Triages inquiries to others for resolution
- Documents customer interactions accurately
Your Skills and Expertise
High School Diploma
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- English B2
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University
- Minimum one year combined experience using workforce management systems and/or contact management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to adapt easily to rapid change and work well independently and with teams
- Strong system aptitude and analytical skills
- Must be able to develop positive relationships with all internal clients, all levels of 3M leadership as well as 3M customers
