The RoleThe Payroll Analyst will assist the Payroll Manager in managing global data input and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from both employees and external consultants/third parties. Given the substantial volume of data involved, precision, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential for the payroll associate. Professionalism, diligence, and a courteous demeanor are also expected in this role. Key Responsibilities:The duties of this role will include the following: Accurate and timely input of Global payroll data. Collaborate with senior payroll analyst to ensure compliance with legal and company policies. Address payroll-related queries from both employees and management via SNOW. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues. Organize and maintain payroll records, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Support in the preparation of ad hoc Payroll reports. Use payroll software to process payroll efficiently. Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll procedures and systems. Handle payroll information with a high degree of confidentiality and ensure data security. Contribute to special projects or tasks related to payroll as assigned by management. Qualifications and Experience: 2-3 years work experience. Advance English level. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficient in basic computer applications; familiarity with payroll software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
