The Human Capital Management Analyst, plays a crucial role in supporting the seamless management of employee data and processes throughout the entire employment journey. This position is integral to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Employee Lifecycle, HR systems and processes, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant databases.Regularly audit data to identify discrepancies or errors, and take corrective actions as necessary.Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.Employee Changes and Transitions:Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and changes in employment terms, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Assist in the coordination of internal transfers, collaborating with various stakeholders as needed.Process terminations and handle all offboarding tasks.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency, proposing and implementing solutions as appropriate.Actively participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation projectsWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience, 2- 3 years in HR operations, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and Brazilian legislationStrong understanding of HRIS systems like Workday and proficiency in MS Office suite.Experience using Service Now or any other case managementFluent in Portuguese, English and SpanishExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.If you feel this is your next career step, apply by 10/5/2024!Diversity, Equity and InclusionCare to join us.
