**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of three years' Workforce management experience in a large (300+ FTE) contact center; multiple-center experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Planning and modeling experience (creating workload forecasts for next week as well as 24 months out).
- Strong functional analytical skills (including budgeting and staff planning).
- Experience in creating/maintaining forecasts and capacity plans. (Call volumes, AHT, Attrition, and Staffing)
- Process improvement and strategic alignment, Multi-Channel Alignment, Queuing Logic, and workload optimization.
