**Key Responsibilities**
**Training**:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for clients on the use of our products, services, and related tools, both in-person and virtually.
- Customize training materials and resources to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different client groups.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, exercises, and guidance during training sessions to reinforce key concepts and facilitate active learning.
- Address client questions, troubleshoot issues, and offer best practice recommendations to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our offerings.
- Collect feedback from clients to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Knowledge
**Management**:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training presentations, process guides, release notes, and job aids.
- Ensure documentation adheres to established style guides and standards, maintaining consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all materials.
- Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement and refine documentation accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator, with a strong background in client-facing roles.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, coupled with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar software.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or other technology-related fields.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning authoring tools.
