**Job Description**:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the technology portfolio and lead the strategic planning process across CTO.
- Provide structured and regular updates to the CTO on program status, financials, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement a portfolio management framework to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, maximize ROI, and optimize resource allocation.
- Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
- Support the CTO in executing the technology strategy by providing strategic analysis, business case development, and project management support.
- Monitor and report on the technology budget, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery or financial performance.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO and leadership team, providing strategic guidance and insights.
**You will partner closely with CTO Program Managers and Directors in the area of program management to**:
- Own program interdependencies between multiple verticals within CBB IT.
- Establish and refine a CTO dashboard for reporting of deliverables and financials.
- Constantly collaborate with Program Leads to ensure alignment of scope to business requirements.
- Ensure consistent implementation of CTO standards, reporting, and closure process across programs.
- Ensure adequate validation, approvals, and transition of programs between groups (TTE/TTO).
- Ensure timely and proper communication to enable organizational focus and effectiveness.
- Synchronize with leadership to prioritize projects based on value and other opportunities.
- Align with Disruptive Technology to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities.
- Mitigate dependency-related risks across multiple teams to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.
- Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards.
- Drive commitment to playbook creation and maintenance throughout their maturity lifecycle
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience in Portfolio Program Management.
- 5+ years' experience in IT (Operations, Infrastructure or PMO).
- Project Management Certification: PMP/SCM/Prince or equivalent.
- Track record of managing internal relationships and experience in leading sustained change.
- Proven track record in delivering projects within the budget and schedule constraints.
- Thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Knowledge and ability with the Microsoft stack (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience developing and implementing portfolio mgmt. frameworks and governance processes.
- Excellent communication with the ability to present complex information in a clear & concise manner.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
