About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Adoption Specialist II to join our talented team.
The Technology Adoption Specialist II will report directly to the Senior Adoption Manager. In this role, the Specialist will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of new technologies, systems, or processes both internally and externally. The Specialist demonstrates advanced expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, client training, and development of comprehensive and interactive training plans or materials.
This role will be located at Fragomen's San Jose, Costa Rica office.
How will you make a difference as a Technology Adoption Specialist II at Fragomen?
- Change Management and Communication: Participate in the planning and execution of change management strategies to drive adoption of new technologies or processes. Develop comprehensive strategies to overcome adoption barriers, including effective communication plans to enhance awareness.
- Project Management: Coordinate technology adoption projects from initiation to completion. Establish clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes, and resolve any challenges that arise.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including technology teams, Partners, and legal team members, to understand needs and concerns.
- Educational Awareness: Design and deliver online, interactive educational programs tailored for both legal teams and clients, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize the new technology or process. Develop adoption materials such as guides and FAQs, host educational webinars, and offer ongoing support as needed.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of adoption efforts. Regularly evaluate progress and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of adoption activities, including training sessions, feedback received, and issues encountered.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in adoption and change management. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to adoption processes.
Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum 2+ years of business immigration case work background; non-U.S. immigration experience is a plus.
- Global immigration experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in an IT or technology-related field.
- Ability to comprehend and utilize advanced technological tools and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, and to drive change through collaboration.
- Familiarity with various change management processes and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a self-driven and motivated approach to tasks.
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-discipline, communication skills, and collaboration abilities.
- Skilled in project management and juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Inherently meticulous about visual presentation and formatting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel suites.
- Experience with video recording or editing software is recommended.
- Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
