Amazon is seeking a customer-obsessed and detail-oriented Survey Specialist to join the Amazonian Experience Survey Program (ExSP).
The survey program builds and conduct surveys that collect employee feedback about their experience and then partners with process improvement teams to translate insights into opportunities and action.
Key job responsibilities
As a Survey Specialist, you will have a key role in the building, deploying, and reporting of employee-as-customer experience surveys.
Collaborating with an experience survey Program Manager and with our customers, you will gain an understanding of survey requirements and then build a survey that meets those needs.
**Specifically, you will**:
- Participate in the intake of new customer requests
- Design, build, and administer employee experience surveys, including survey testing, quality assurance, and maintenance
- Design, build, and maintain survey dashboards
- Provide support to requestors and participants during survey administration
- Own one or more ExSP program management areas, making decisions and taking action to drive excellence in the survey program.
- Experience working in Qualtrics or other survey platform
- Experience designing, implementing, reporting, and analyzing employee surveys
- 3+ years experience as an HR Specialist
- Experience with JS and CSS
