This motivated, strategic, and creative individual will have significant responsibilities in our efforts to build best-in-class products and collaborate with our entire team to define the vision and design innovative solutions that address corporate and clients' complex business problems.**Your deliverables**:- User-centered and visually appealing product designs, from concept to final implementation- Wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for development- Intuitive design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across products- Collaborative design solutions that align with business goals and user needs- User journey maps and interaction flows that enhance the overall user experience- Design presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders- Responsive and adaptable designs that cater to various devices and screen sizes**What you will bring**:- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design process and outcomes- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design feasibility; experience with Tailwind is a plus- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation to maintain consistency across products- Experience in leading design projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating leadership and decision-making abilities- Front-end development experience with the following languages: HTML/CSS/JS**About 10Pearls**:10Pearls is a global, purpose-driven digital technology partner helping our clients re-imagine, digitalize ?and accelerate their businesses.
