**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:
- Be the Subject Matter Expert of Process and Procedures for Sales Operations.
- Become a CPQ/CLM Expert
- Ability to walk through e2e in CPQ/CLM all eligible quote scenarios.
- Clear understanding of roles & responsibilities of SOPs as well as Sales/RAMs.
- Understand common troubleshooting tactics and document for Sales Ops as needed.
- Assist in reviewing incidents and driving resolution to production issues.
- Working with Ops and DT to identify trends in issues, translate those to future enhancements as necessary.
- Active participation in CPQ/CLM release cycles including:
- User Acceptance Scenario preparation and review
- User Acceptance Testing
- SOPs process documentation
- Assist SOPs with any questions or help during User Acceptance Testing
- Assist Global Deal Teams with Flex (overflow) deals as requested
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
- 3-5 years of proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization.
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM, CPQ & CLM systems.
- Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills.
- Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities.
