To be responsible for timely delivery of high quality enhanced due diligence reports; ensuring compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and other relevant company's procedures at all times.

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

- To undertake a quality control review of reports and to give feedback in relation to any omissions and/or errors found.
- To monitor such errors and/or omissions which arise during the review stage and liaise with the Manager in relation to any training needs of his/her team.
- Motivate, guide and communicate with the analysts, throughout the lifecycle of the Enhanced Due diligence reports/projects.
- To interact with the other Specialists, SME, Team Leaders, Head of Research as well as with global Customer Success Managers. To develop a good rapport and sound working relationship with them through workload management.
- To complete Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Head of Research.
- Acting as back-up for other Specialists, when required

- Ensuring high quality work is delivered at all times
- Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
- Performing as part of team as well as working well independently
- Meet the productivity targets
- Maintaining regular attendance and reporting to work on time.

**Required Skills**:

- Graduate degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
- Must have expert level knowledge of researching and writing EDD reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good time and task management
- Quality checker skillset
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
