Job Purpose and Impact
The Solution Integrity Analyst is responsible for configuration, testing, migration, Performing Impact Analysis, audits, interaction with end users, conduct meetings, and play a pivotal role in maintaining a robust HR system. Key Accountabilities
Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with various areas of the business supported by this specific SAP SuccessFactors product, to enhance the overall analysis efforts, high-quality service delivery and successful end-user adoption and employee experience.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time.
Experience with at least two full Life-Cycle Implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate presentations to internal and external groups.
The consultant should ensure that all support and configuration changes go through appropriate approval, testing and deployment process and are well documented for future references.
Stay updated with latest releases in SuccessFactors modules and configure them as per the requirement.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues as they occur to ensure that the business process is back on track at the earliest.
Willing to take up any new requirements from the clients and be flexible in extending the working hours to complete any urgent tasks if in case required. Qualifications
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Three plus year's of configuration/functional experience implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
Experience in SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking
Experience working with Global Teams and Stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Knowledge of other Success Factors modules is an added advantage.
Experience working on integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central
Certification in Employee Central is preferred.
