**SERVICE MANAGEMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST**:
Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **Service Management Senior Specialist**
Brenntag Business Services is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Senior Specialist to be part of the Americas Team.
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with Service Manager and other team leaders to understand departmental objectives and KPls.
- Compile and analyze data related to key performance indicators, business processes, and other relevant measures.
- Develop dynamic and intuitive dashboards to visualize and communicate KPls.
- Proactively suggest improvements for key processes based on data analysis.
- Identify potential process enhancements and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in the development of budgets, policies, and department controls.
- Ensure all data analysis and reporting is compliant with relevant service management SLAs and policies.
- Participate in risk management or business continuity planning (BOP) from a data analytics perspective.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Proven experience in data analysis and business process improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Big Data Analytics, Metrics and Predictive Analytics.
- Skilled in ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Proficient in English (e.g. presentation, report writing).
- Ability to understand and improve business processes.
- Experience in Lean Sigma or OE, ideally to Green Belt/Lean Expert level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong ability to coordinate activities and manage priorities effectively.
- Proactive, able to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and motivate others.
