**What success looks like in this role**:
- Design and implement Pega solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage the technical aspects of deployment and post-implementation support.
- Keep abreast of the latest Pega technologies and functionalities, advocating for their use to improve project outcomes.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) certification is required.
- Around 3-5 years of experience as a Pega SSA, with a proven track record of developing and implementing Pega solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, tools, and development frameworks.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines.
- Availability to work during the Mexican time zone (GMT-6) and flexibility to attend meetings or handle tasks outside of traditional working hours if necessary.
