Your role will be pivotal in accelerating the delivery of customer-centric features, leveraging automation to empower our engineering teams.
Your Impact: Work closely with the Cloud team, alongside backend/frontend architects, lead developers, and the DevOps team to enhance existing CI/CD pipelines.
Your focus will be on implementing security-first practices and promoting security-by-design principles.
Provision and build cloud-native tools that automate operations and administrative tasks to streamline workflows.
Provide KPIs and reporting to track the impact of DevOps initiatives, demonstrating how DevOps rollouts reduce risks, particularly concerning security vulnerabilities and breaches Qualifications Your Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Azure (Mandatory) and familiarity with GCP (Pptional).
Expertise in DevOps practices, with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub Pipelines, and Argo CD (Mandatory) Proficiency in Terraform (Mandatory) for infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes (Mandatory) and Helm charts (Mandatory) for container orchestration and deployment.
Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of Dynatrace (Main tool) Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Debugging Skills: Excellent debugging abilities.
Collaboration and Communication : Experience working in interregional teams, with effective communication across time zones (Teams are located in NA, Europe and India) Strong knowledge of cloud-native tools and recent security tools with pipeline integration.
Ability to advocate for best practices, lead change, and drive improvements across teams with actionable proposals.
Experience working in an agile environment, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Source control experience (such as GitHub) Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information Opennes to travel: This position requires availability to travel twice per quarter, each travel for a week to Dallas for client workshops. Hybrid Work: During the first quarter, commuting to our Mexico City offices will be required for team meetings with the Dallas team.
The work schedule will alternate in a two-week rotation: Week 1 will be fully onsite, while Week 2 will follow a hybrid model—onsite work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with remote work on Tuesday and Thursday.
This alternating schedule will continue throughout the quarter. After the first quarter, commuting is expected to remain at one week per quarter.
