The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects successfully by managing resources, schedules, financials and adhering to quality standards through the project’s life cycle. As a Senior Project Manager, you are also in charge of the risk and change requests management to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities
Experience has taught you what works. Your long history in the game helps you choose the best way to move forward in your missions, and you will be responsible for:
Contributing to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
Running the projects on a day-to-day basis.
Verifying that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

So, what do you need to be successful? Besides a great attitude…

You must have:
At least 3+ years of experience in management or delivery roles
Proven experience in project management
Ability to generate project plans, SOWs, budgeting, forecasting, resourcing and timelines.
Ability to work under pressure and motivate people through solid management and leadership skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Proactivity, be solution driven, team oriented, critical thinker, flexible and adaptable

It would be awesome if you also have:
Tech/Dev background
MS Project or Omniplan knowledge
