**About the position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand Quote-to-Cash business processes and requirements
- Own the end to end management of Salesforce CPQ projects within Jira, including backlog grooming, development of sprint cycles, solution documentation, and end user enablement
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Order Management, Finance, and Deal Desk to prioritize requests, scope projects, and organize a monthly roadmap
- Partner with the Salesforce Team to design and implement scalable solutions
- Manage the design and launch of Partner CPQ
- Standardize collection of project requirements and develop a consistent communication cadence with stakeholders
- Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor progress on projects
- Maintain repository of Salesforce CPQ training materials and project documentation
- Work with end users to measure Salesforce CPQ adoption and identify areas of improvement

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst at a B2B SaaS company
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred, but not required)
- Experience managing projects end to end, including working with cross functional teams to evaluate business requirements, backlog grooming, sprint cycles, project rollouts, and post mortems
- Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Jira)
- Comprehensive understanding of multiple CPQ functionalities including perpetual and subscription-based licensing, different discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming, and renewals.
- Experience in executing a minimum of one complete Salesforce CPQ project lifecycle
- Experience launching and managing Partner CPQ
- Understanding of Sales Quote-to-Cash business processes in B2B SaaS environments
- Ability to work directly with a variety of stakeholders, including Director level and above, to capture business requirements and provide solutions within Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
