This remote role requires a strong internet connection, use of our CRM systems, and a passion for delivering stellar customer service.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Converting potential leads into clients by overcoming objections and highlighting the value of our services.
- Efficiently managing customer profiles and online records to ensure organization and accuracy.
- Assisting in document collection to support client claims.

**We're Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Is tech-savvy and proficient in CRM, cloud services, and VoIP systems.
- Has outstanding communication skills, connecting effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills.
