**Job Description**:
The Remote High Security Area (RHSA) Specialist position is responsible for monitoring and supporting Experian's RHSA solution. Providing a great experience by delivering real-time support while ensuing Experian's commitment to maintaining customer data.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct real-time monitoring and trending of RHSA events, for multiple locations.
- Report and work closely with the Operations and System Teams to manage and resolve downtime.
- Escalate or resolve events\issues as needed.
- Work with users & Operations to further optimize environmental variables to prevent false positive events.
- Create\maintain reporting for agents, teams, and programs to provide recommendations & analytics of areas of opportunity. (Repeat offenders, false positives, and\or poor configuration)
- Work with Vendor & Operations teams to continually improve RHSA solution. (Enhancements, configuration, ect)
- Administrative tasks\processes within the solution to include (maintenance, onboarding new groups, new hire onboarding process, ect)
- Other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year(s) experience in administrative\support role is desirable.
- Must have a good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), with the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Schedule Flexibility (Including weekends and holidays). This is a must.
