As a** Project Manager** at BeyondID, you will lead complex identity access management **(IAM)** projects using your professional services expertise. You act as a leader for the project as you influence the best performance of the project team.
**Responsibilities**
- Successfully leads the entire project delivery lifecycle while ensuring customer success.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously in alignment with BeyondID's services project portfolio
- Create & manage project plans
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
- Help project team with the design and development tasks
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Manage risk tracking process
- Monitor and manage scope and project deliverables
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Partners with cross-functional teams at BeyondID to ensure project and customer success.
- Identify customer opportunities to position the sale of other desired services
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Relevant combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform leading complex projects.
- Consulting services experience working with strong matrix management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Expertise in project management, business analysis, software delivery lifecycle, and SaaS.
- Project Management professional certification or another relevant accreditation strongly preferred.
- Overall experience range
- 7-10 years.
**Desirable**
- Exposure to Identity and access management and cybersecurity.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Cloud knowledge.
