**What success looks like in this role**:
- Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
- Implement best practices and standards for Pega development and architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
- Manage deployment and post-deployment activities, including troubleshooting and support.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in Pega systems architecture and development.
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.
- English spoken skills.
- Proficient understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Willingness to align work hours with the Mexican time zone (GMT-6).
