Operations Agent Guanacaste Local Residents

**This role is offered in Costa Rica, to apply, you must have a residency and/ or work permit.**

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Organize and ensure the correct logistics of tours including tour guides assignation and transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams
- Flexible working hours / weekly schedule including working during weekends.
- Excellent communication Skills, fluent Verbal and written English.
- Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers
- Ability to work under pressure, able to work effectively on tight timetables or deadlines
- Exceptional time management skills.

- An experienced individual in the tourism business. Someone with strong knowledge and understanding of the Tour Operation Industry.
