Job Description We are seeking a .NET Solution Tech Lead to guide a high-impact migration and integration project on a next-generation digital platform for our client, a leading global distributor in the electrical products and solutions industry.
This role involves overseeing the technical architecture and hands-on development of a key IPAAS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution, which enables seamless data flow between legacy and new systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality standards for all technical deliverables, while providing direction and support to the development team.
Your Impact: Lead the technical blueprinting, design, and implementation phases, ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives.
Drive the development of the IPAAS layer using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Event Hub, to support data streaming and future onboarding of operating companies.
Dedicate approximately 80% of your efforts to building and debugging applications to maintain high performance and functionality standards.
Design, develop, and review code to uphold code quality and ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.
Oversee the application lifecycle from design to deployment and work closely with architects to enhance solution designs.
Qualifications Your Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience leading and delivering large scale tecnilical projects Proficiency in C# and .NET 8 iPaaS Expertise: Strong knowledge of integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies, specifically Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Event Hub.
Hands-on experience in complex application development environments, specifically focused on application migration and data validation.
Familiarity with REST APIs (OpenAPI 3.0), GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with microservices architecture using C#, Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
Optional Skills: Additional programming skills in ReactJS and familiarity with C#-based frameworks like HangFire.
Advanced Integration: Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Events, Kafka, and orchestration tools like Zeebe.
Cross-Cutting Concerns: Understanding of tools such as Logback, Istio, and other middleware solutions.
Authentication: Experience with Azure Active Directory B2C, OpenID Connect, and PKCE for secure authentication.
Functional Testing: Familiarity with Karate testing and mocks for functional testing. Knowledge of unit and integration testing, with a focus on JUnit and Mockito.
CI/CD Expertise: Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Repos, pipelines), SonarSource for security, and JFrog for artifact management.
Monitoring and Observability: Experience using monitoring platforms like Dynatrace for application performance monitoring (APM), real-user monitoring (RUM), and log management.
Additional Information Opennes to travel: This position requires availability to travel twice per quarter, each travel for a week to Dallas for client workshops. Hybrid Work: During the first quarter, commuting to our Mexico City offices will be required for team meetings with the Dallas team.
The work schedule will alternate in a two-week rotation: Week 1 will be fully onsite, while Week 2 will follow a hybrid model—onsite work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with remote work on Tuesday and Thursday.
This alternating schedule will continue throughout the quarter. After the first quarter, commuting is expected to remain at one week per quarter.
