Latam Payroll Supervisor

The person in this position will supervise the LATAM team to ensure the accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information for our LATAM Customers and for internal & SSAE 16 audits, in addition to processing payrolls in accordance with all established statutory requirements and internal processes. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to resolve customer issues using effective problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.

**Daily Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the Latam team including one on ones with direct reports
- Ensure with the team that all deadlines are met
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries and ensure timely responses
- Maintain updated documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing
- Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
- Process and review payrolls if required by the business
- Analyze payroll related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
- Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Implementations to Operations
- Main responsible to ensure correct performance of in-house payroll system Actively participate in regional and global initiatives to ensure standardization across CloudPay

This position is key to meet the team's objectives, and will be working closely with the manager to meet the operations SLAs.

**Attributes and Experience Required**:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Latam payroll processing
- 1 - 3 years of experience supervising team members (desired)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience with Latam Payroll process engines
- Organizational skills to meet deadlines, assertive thinking and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others
- Knowledge of International business processes and cultures, and an ability to communicate internationally at all levels
- Flexible approach to working hours Forward thinking, able to plan and organize own workload
