**Job Description**:
Major Job Functions
Ability to perform all functions of the Production Support Analyst Senior and:
- Manages system resources and communicates with the Operations Center with recommendations to maximize throughput
- Assists in the development and implementation of operational production processes and procedures.
- May lead projects and provide direction to lesser experienced staff members.
- May participate and provide input to the system design phase of new projects.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years related computer and technical analysis experience required
- Advanced knowledge of OS/JCL, TSO/ISPF, IBM Mainframe Utilities
- Strong Unix and shell scripting skills
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills required.
- Excellent problem solving skills and abilities.
- Strong Project Management skills and deadline oriented.
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and plan workloads.
- Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong leadership skills and abilities to effectively interact with all levels of management
- Consultative approach to drive solutions.
- Experience working with both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of consumer credit policies, procedures and regulations highly preferred
- Knowledge of Experian products and systems preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or M.I.S.; or equivalent experience preferred
