Multinational company looking for instructional Designers with skills to design and develop new learning materials including videos, e-learning modules, workbooks, instructor guides or manuals that will aid both internal educational processes and customer´s satisfaction.
Must have experience in: Project Management Stakeholder management E-learning tools Training development tools for in-person, instructor lead or web-based content Development of test and evaluation processes to measure learning outcomes against objectives ADDIE model training, instructional design models and adult learning theory Design and organization of content and learning experiences Development of agendas specific to products or personnel
Required proficiency in:
Articulate Storyline 3 or 360 Video and Audio Edition software (Camtasia, Audacity, etc.) Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, OneNote, One Drive) Azure technology
Desired: Educational technology Education Experience in training with accessibility features
Required aptitudes: Capable of multitasking Proactive and demonstrated ability of strategic thinking Able to work in an international environment on a global scale Able to communicate well in English with stakeholders within and across organizations, building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with them and able navigate within diverse cultures and perspectives. Process situations with limited information, identify and solve for blockers, and know when to escalate to keep the progress moving forward.
Must have availability for in-person or online interviews, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
