Team overview and job responsibilitiesOur mission as Customer Service is to ensure that our customers live a simple, clear and special business experience, through optimized service processes led by a highly skilled and engaged team.We are responsible for mobilizing all the forces of our company towards the fulfillment of our customers' satisfaction.Based in Heredia, Costa Rica, you will be responsible for responding to all inquiries from new and established customers, processing requests for quotes, entering and managing orders, and working with functional areas throughout the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.Main responsibilities Support the sale of products by partnering with the Sales Team to increase sales by managing sales orders, sales leads, product promotions and analysis of sales data.Process orders from customers and excel in providing follow up to ensure adequate order management.Develop, prepare, and share data, and analysis to enhance customer experience.Review and interpret customer needs and feedback and translate them into solutions to improve customer experience.Continuously develop product/client knowledge through internal and/or external trainings.Process customer returns and claims in a timely manner.Participate in cross-functional initiatives impacting the department and the organization.Interface with various departments within the company to meet the needs of the customer to ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of products.Departments such as Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering and Product Management.Who are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related area.2+ years of experience in job-related work, such as order and contract management, customer success and relationship management.Upper Intermediate to advanced English level (B2+).Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.End-to-end customer service management.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team.Strategic thinking oriented to quality and continuous improvement.DesirableProficiency in ERP systems (BPCS/SAP)Power BI knowledgeYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.If you believe you require assistance to complete this form or to participate in an interview, please let us know.
