Key responsibilities:
- Consults and supports design, configuration, and maintenance of human resource systems solutions that coordinate and cooperate across multiple platforms.
- Contributes to all steps of project life cycle, including, but not limited to exploration, audits, and compliance assessment (security, legal, international, etc.), requirement gathering, solution design, solution configuration, test case creation and execution, documentation and training, migration and enablement of transition change management, implementation, stabilization and maintenance of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and automations.
- Takes end-to-end ownership of various HRMS including troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, bug fixing, users access management, change control board impact assessments, escalating and partnering with upstream and downstream internal technical teams or external vendors.
- Ensures ongoing maintenance and alignment of the functional configuration between new and existing human resources products.
- Identify manual and repetitive HR processes that can be automated using technology solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA), robotic desktop automation (RDA) or workflow automation tools.
- Integrate HR systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across various HR processes, minimizing data entry errors and duplication.
- Create automated HR dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment performance, and employee engagement.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a job-related field and 3+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of experience with:
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), SQL, software development, and testing
- Excel and data visualization software like Kibana, Power BI, or Tableau
- Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- HR Business Acumen
- Prior experience in developing Intelligent Virtual Assistants (Chatbots)
- Experience in analyzing large qualitative datasets
- A good understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI technologies

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
