The Human Resources (HR) Specialist Senior is an entry level position responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify opportunities to serve employees beyond initial requests to ensure all possible current and future needs are met
- Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner
- Educate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels
- Assist in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Monitor and manage centralized mailboxes
- Participate in projects, as needed
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of HR business processes
- Experience in identifying process improvements and supporting associated implementation efforts
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
**Education**:
- High School diploma or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:
**Provide customer solutions with seamless delivery of service and solve employee's inquiries by answering calls and cases in a contact center environment**. Required to solve problems and investigate/resolve a wide variety of general inquiries that include gathering additional information, setting expectations, and working with the specialists when needed to fulfill the requests.
**Requirements**:
**English level: Intermediate-advanced (Must)**
**Experience in customer service/contact center**
**High school diploma required.**
MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
