Your Role
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you are an influencer and problem solver who likes to serve the organization and its people. You will impact the implementation of HR programs and advise leaders on their people matters. You will be the day-to-day contact for your business unit to educate on the firm's core HR services, which include employee benefits, HRIS, compensation, retirement plans, legal compliance, mobility, and policies & procedures. You like to collaborate and communicate and will interact significantly with your local and regional leadership teams.
What You Will Do- Advise local leadership on people matters related to performance management and employee relations.-
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.-
- Advocate for team members, be a trusted and confidential advisor, and suggest best practices to enhance employee experience and lead industry.-
- Facilitate adequate staffing among staff by leading meetings, creating reports, and proactively circulating available teams.-
- Support the full life cycle of the employee from onboarding, leave, exit, and retirement.-
- Advise leadership regarding compensation and reward programs.-
- Assist in developing performance management tools, formalizing succession planning, and proactively developing staff and leadership.-
- Partner with HR team colleagues to create and innovate HR practices.-
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.-
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.-
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.Your Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related area required.-
- Master's degree in human resource management or related field, desired.-
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience.-
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.-
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.-
- Experience working in a Professional Services environment.-
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.-
- Advanced MS Office proficiency preferred, particularly Excel.-
- Experience with Workday preferred.-
- Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.-
- Ability to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environment.-
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.-
- Ability to persuade and influence leadership on people matters.-
