Hotel Property Manager

What You'll Do:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of our hotel to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of property management including maintenance, customer service, and complaint resolution.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the guest experience, streamline operations, and maximize profitability.
- Develop and enforce business strategies that align with company goals.
- Recruit, train, and support hotel staff while fostering a culture of excellence.

- You have significant experience in property management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- You bring strong leadership and people management skills to the table.
- You have a proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a property management role within the hospitality industry.

Pay: ¢400,000.00 - ¢550,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nicoya, Provincia de Guanacaste: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality industry: 3 years (required)
