The Global Payroll Billing Analyst will have extensive experience working with vendors and finance regarding billing inquiries and payments. This role functions as the liaison between the business units, finance and select vendors. Working along with Payroll team leadership, the Global Payroll Billing Analyst gathers business requirements, translates them into a working set of functional requirements and works with finance for inclusion in budgets and allocations. This role will need to understand multiple contracts and interpret conditions versus invoices received. This role will be a go-to resource for Global Billing working up to support of 62 countries around the world. Timeliness, organization and ability to work with some autonomy a must.

**Education**:
- EMEA - not applicable/requires CIPP (or in-country equivalent) & payroll certifications/qualifications
- APAC - post secondary degree required/certifications not applicable
- Americas - post secondary degree required/ in-country certification preferred
**Experience**:
- Vendor management
- Finance/Accounting acumen required

- Proficient knowledge of GL - ability to recon & troubleshoot

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (excel, word, etc.)
