Job Description Role Summary Global EITS Finance team in Costa Rica is seeking a strong senior Finance Supervisor to be a key member of the Global finance business partner team based in Costa Rica.This role would perform consolidation and FP&A activities for EITS global business towers.The successful candidate would be responsible for running and performing month end close, balance sheet management, forecasting, variance analysis, monthly reporting and ad hoc requests related to the IT businesses they support.Key Responsibilities Oversee the Month End close and Forecast process for EITS (Tech) functions.Manage Enterprise Technology reporting, including Headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.Proactively develop a deep understanding of the area to effectively manage expectations.Provide Management Reporting, commentary, and variance analysis for both EITS and Group wide requirements.Co-ordinate and streamline processes across the EITS Finance team to ensure high quality and on time inputs from the various stakeholders.Ensure adherence to appropriate financial controls, including a robust Balance Sheet process.Support Strategic Planning, and Budget season for EITS and Enterprise-wide Technology.Drive continuous improvements for forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation.Support ad-hoc assignments as needed.Direct management of employees to support in the above deliverables in a timely and efficient manner, focused on Consolidation and Labor Planning Forecast.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master degree preferred.• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance.Strong knowledge and experience managing the month end financial processes including reporting, variance analysis, commentary, and reconciliations.Experience presenting and collaborating with Senior Leadership levels.Hyperion (SmartView/Essbase) experience as a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to perform detailed analysis and effectively summarize findings to senior management.Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.Additional Information Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.Experian's culture and people are key differentiators.We take our people agenda very seriously and focus on what truly matters; DEI, work/life balance, development, authenticity, engagement, collaboration, wellness, reward & recognition, volunteering... the list goes on.Experian's strong people first approach is award winning; Great Place To Work in 24 countries, FORTUNE Best Companies to work and Glassdoor Best Places to Work (globally 4.4 Stars) to name a few.Check out Experian Life on social or our Careers Site to understand why.Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.Innovation is a critical part of Experian's DNA and practices, and our diverse workforce drives our success.Everyone can succeed at Experian and bring their whole self to work, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, religion, colour, sexuality, physical ability or age.If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know at the earliest opportunity.
