**Job Purpose**:
Technical, systemic and corporate strategic management of facilities, utilities and equipment included in a contractual matrix under DHL responsibility, as well as support and action in infrastructure adequacy according to alignment with the operational manager of each unit with a focus on processes standardization, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
**Your tasks**:
- Supervise in delivering strategical projects and FM services.
- Supervise the facilities team and operations spread in different sites and locations.
- Supervise of keeping track of operating expenses related to maintenance.
- Plan, coordinate and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and equipment.
- Supervise FM Services vendors working in collaboration with procurement and operations.
- Supervise the work of contractors, verifying that the services they provide adhere to the conditions stipulated in the contracts and the required specifications
- Supervise the execution and performance of reports on staffing/third parties/contractors through KPIs, SLAs
- Execute the implementation of technical guidelines.
- Assessment of sites for Quality, Safety, and Environment (FM Assessment)
- Implements and supervise technological innovations.
- Standardizes and improves the process continuously.
- Implement and supervise projects seeking for cost optimization (service & utilities)
- Ensures the procedures are following the global FM standards.
**Your profile**:
- University studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Logistics, or related careers.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Language: Spanish, Intermediate management English desired.
- Intermediate management of computing packages (Office)
- Experience or knowledge in local legal requirements, technical standards and experience with maintenance processes.
- HVAC experience or specialization is a differentiator.
- Facility Management, excellent interpersonal skill, change management, executive presentations, DHL Business knowledge, stakeholder management, Financial Analysis, metrics, building management system, building services, business processes, business strategy, contract management, service contracts, maintenance management, preventive maintenance, property management, driving license, supervisory skills, problem solving, market research, influencing, feedback and facilitation.
