Fire Alarm Project Development Engineer - Cogs

Description Support the Engineering teams on post-sales multi-faceted projects with technical activities such as takeoff, drawings, bill of materials and design.
Essential Functions · Create design drawings, shop drawings, submittal drawings, and As- Built drawings based on the client's standards and/or markups after site survey.
· Create post-sales engineering packages.· Provide our internal and external engineering teams with support on medium and high complex projects.What we look for: Required · Professional Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer - Fire Protection.
· 0-2 years of experience in engineering related activities.· Intermediate knowledge in AutoCAD.
· Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.· Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and peers.· General business level in English (B2 and above)· Willingness and ability to learn fire alarm system design code and equipment.Preferred· Revit experience is a significant plus· Basic knowledge of NFPA Codes is a significant plus· Basic Knowledge of fire alarm and security system such as access control, video, intrusion, building automation principles a plus.· Basic knowledge of low voltage electrical system schematics and diagrams
