While our Costa Rica business office is based in the beautiful and sunny province of Heredia, at a convenient We Work building with wonderful co-working space, most of our global team members in Costa Rica can work exclusively from home.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Maintain and create sales reports analyzing top selling styles, colors and prints.
- Pricing control - Create and submit Limited Time Sales (LTS)
- Manages new Items list for web livings aligns with receipt of inventory & image creation
- Agile list management.
- Proofs & merchandises web site
- Collaborates in the catalog proof reading. Liaise between Merchandising Team and stakeholders across internal teams to ensure product accuracy and strong cross-functional communication.
- Participate in other projects, tasks, and business-related activities as requested.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- BS/BA Degree - Marketing, Business, Merchandising
- At least 2 years of experience working in similar roles for US based companies
- **Detailed oriented** to be able to locate mistakes and correct, perform repetitive tasks with mínimal errors, strong work ethic, able to self-manage and own it.
- **Strong Proofreading skills, accuracy and attention-to-detail absolutely essential**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Communication skills to work with vendors, Planners and other departments, team player mentality
- Adaptability to learn new methods and skills to be able to do different types of reports or adapt to company changes/policies.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast - paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities independently and under deadline.
- Ability to function effectively independently and work successfully in teams.
- Product Lifecycle Management System (PLM)
- Ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual - Spanish-English **a must**
