Will work closely with the Marketing Technology Manager and the DAM Librarian to support the technical landscape of our Global Digital Asset Management platform. We have worked the last 2 years to build our DAM with enterprise-aligned taxonomies, metadata structures, workflows, and governance. We are looking for someone who has the technical acumen to maintain and implement enhancements that our BUs are looking for.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Marketing Technology Manager, DAM Librarian, BSAIT, and external agencies to maintain the technical infrastructure of our Global DAM.
- Maintain DAM post-Adobe's monthly upgrade
- Review Adobe's info on their monthly upgrade.
- Identify the possible impact on Bridgestone DAM's overall work.
- Identify the possible impact on the DAM's Bridgestone-specific features.
- Fix issues resulting from Adobe upgrades and update/remove code as needed.
- Conduct testing.
- Maintain customized features
- Review and support customized code features.
- Update the Adobe Runbook with the customized code changes.
- Work with BSAIT to merge CB2 Code for the DAM to master (done every few weeks)
- Tags maintenance
- Work with the DAM Librarian to add/remove tags as needed.
- Create and edit Bridgestone Enterprise Metadata.
- Work with the DAM librarian on permission group management
- Add and change permission groups as new teams join.
- Manage the distribution lists for major issues and asset expirations.
- Collaborate with DAM librarian on supporting the DAM's overall integrity.
- Delete or move assets/folders wrongly placed
- Create new team folders and add permissions as needed
- Help onboard new teams
- Work with BUs to Identify the source/s of their assets, volume, type, and size.
- Determine the best approach for each BU to extract the assets and metadata from existing source systems and load them to the Bridgestone DAM based on volume of assets, type of source system and availability of metadata.
- Facilitate and implement any technical configuration changes to the Bridgestone DAM platform that are required to enable the onboarding of BUs, as needed
- Provide support to extract the BU assets and metadata from their source systems as follows:

- Extract the assets utilizing newly created or existing tech enablers if applicable.
- Work with the BUs to facilitate the manual extraction of assets from source systems in instances where it has been determined that no tech enabler will be leveraged.
- Create reusable scripts or other tech enablers to ease the migration process as needed and based on technical feasibility.
- Execute the migration of assets and metadata for BUs to the Bridgestone DAM using a batched approach (if volume of assets requires that). Create metadata Excel file template if approach deems necessary.
- Work with the MSP as needed in hooking up AEM Sites with the DAM

**Requirements**:
**Experience Needed**:

- In-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts, including metadata management, asset organization, versioning, and permissions
- Strong knowledge of custom workflow creation in AEM, including defining workflow models, implementing custom workflow sets using Java, and integrating workflows into content authoring processes
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting language
- Experience with Junit for writing comprehensive unit tests
