The 360 Digital Customer Experience team at Intel is looking for a highly motivated Digital Analytics and Personalization Solution Analyst. You will be part of the Market to Sales division in IT focused on delivering global strategic capabilities that enable a seamless digital experience across the online customer journey. The Digital Analytics and Personalization Solution Analyst will work with sales and marketing teams, product divisions and IT to deliver solutions for next generation digital experiences and measurement utilizing industry leading tools & capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
* Support Intel's global digital analytics and personalization implementation with focus on continuous improvement
* Evaluate business use cases to match against existing capabilities or identify gaps for future development consideration
* Create, configure and help manage personalized content, segments, activities, etc. using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products
* Use Web Analytics to help answer questions, perform opportunity analysis and measure the effectiveness of our solutions
* Be a technical problem solver by identifying innovative solutions that meet business requirements while driving IT efficiency and ability to scale
* Develop relevant training materials to ensure the business is educated and able to effectively leverage our capabilities
* Be a subject matter expert by keeping up with industry trends, best practices and capabilities to provide best-in-class solutions that deliver ROI and innovation
* Participate in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release & sprint planning and retrospectives) as required

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Front-end web development using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS and other client-side frameworks
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills (Advanced English level)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field OR equivalent job experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong qualitative and business process skills, with a focus on technical requirements and solution evolve expertise
- Experience taking existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex business problems
- Experience using web analytics platforms, preferably Adobe Analytics or equivalent
- Deep understanding of how web analytics implementations translate into reporting
- Experience enabling online testing (A/B, multivariate), personalization and content recommendations experiences, preferably using Adobe Target or equivalent
- Experience working with customer profile data to deliver multi-channel personalized experiences
- Experience using a Tag Management System, preferably Tealium or equivalent
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or Content As A Service (CaaS) strategies for delivering personalized experiences
- Experience with advertising tagging and data management platform integrations, preferably Adobe Audience Manager or equivalent
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Eloqua or equivalent
- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum), preferably SAFe
- Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills
