**The Data and Visualization team is looking for an Analyst with a dual interest in analysis as well as Product systems management. Ideally, this person would have a dual interest in technology and data analytics and visualizations. This role manages complex data and reporting analysis within the Product Life Cycle. You'll collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and Product Managers to comprehend requirements and translate them into visually impactful analytics such as dashboards and reports.**:
**What you'll do**:
- Engages with business stakeholders and product owners to understand business needs, and translate requirements into captivating designs and effective, sustainable solutions towards using quantitative and analytical techniques.
- This role communicates work directly with the guidance of the Product team to design and implement data visualizations and insights using advanced data manipulation and analytic visualization skills.
- Balance great-looking dashboards and visuals with meaningful and impactful information and analytics.
- Suggest drafts and compelling data visuals that synthesize the key elements in data stories and messages being communicated.
- Creates layouts, comps, and prototypes, to communicate vision design and final design requirements to internal stakeholders and team mates.
- Creates infographics products, reports, dashboards, and advanced static visualizations for products lifecycle.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions based on data-driven insights.
- Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of data viz efforts.
**What experience you need**
- 2+ years of experience using Tableau Desktop or similar to aggregate and analyze sets of data through different methods
- 3+ years of experience developing data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key insights
- 3+ years of experience identifying and collecting data using various technologies (such as SQL) and methods
- 2+ years experience working in an Agile environment
- English proficiency B2 or above
