**Job Description**:
The Expert Analyst role will be a key business partner to help the EPS (Experian Partner Solutions) business unit achieve its objectives. The role will require a growth mindset as we aspire to continue our double-digit revenue growth. This entails collaboration with sales leadership and sales operations to identify new opportunities as well as working across local, regional, and global finance on sustainable processes and leveraging new systems aligned with the Digital Finance strategy.

- Enhance existing commission processes to drive further automation.
- End to End commissions management (Accruals, Revenue reconciliation, Goal Tracking, commission calculations, commission statements, payroll file).
- Establish standardized quota timelines and client transfer processes to eliminate commission plan reissue.
- Assist with sales rep onboarding processes.
- Drive transparency into sales performance via sales stack ranking analysis and improved sales opportunity reporting/analysis.
- Drive streamlined compensation plan distribution process (Commission calculation, statement creation and sales Team distribution).
- Lead the annual goal setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership.
- Drive integration between sales forecast, budget, and quota processes to reduce error and accelerate quota distribution.
- Leading commission forecast process and support month end.
- Provide consolidated financial analysis and information to Sales and Finance leadership, along with executive summaries, recommendations, and conclusions.
**Qualifications**:
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
- Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Management accountant preferred.
- English fluency.
- 5+ years progressive experience in commercial finance or business unit FP&A or similar business partnering role.
- Experience with working in an offshore shared service center preferred.
- Experience working on commission process and partnership with sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques.
- Highly motivated, results-driven finance professional.
- Intellectual curiosity, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to produce clear, actionable business solutions to finance and operational leaders.
- Ability to constructively challenge ideas and make decisions.
- Superior communication skills across functions and all levels of management.
